２．稲わらしめ縄つくり体験 -Shimenawa making experience-
日本特有の伝統文化である「しめ縄作り」を無農薬・自然栽培で育てた希少米の稲わらを使って行います。しめ縄の意味、綯い方など歴史的な意味も説明いたします。
We will make ``shimenawa'', a traditional culture unique to Japan, using rice straw from rare rice grown naturally and without pesticides. We will also explain the meaning of shimenawa and its historical meaning, such as the way it is tied.

３．マコモタケ収穫体験 -Makomotake harvesting experience-
真菰の葉の根に近いところにマコモタケという実がなります。これは黒穂菌という菌との共生で大きくなります。食べると腸内環境を整えてくれるこの珍しい作物を収穫できるアクティビティです。
真菰の歴史やどのように使われてきたのかの説明もあります。
A fruit called Makomotake grows near the roots of the Makomo leaves. It grows in symbiosis with a fungus called Smut. This is an activity where you can harvest this rare crop that improves the intestinal environment when eaten.

４．稲霊（いなだま）収穫体験 -Inadama harvesting experience-
稲霊（いなだま）とは稲穂につく黒い玉のことで天然の麹菌です。昔の人たちはおそらくこれを使って麹をおこしていたのではと言われています。日本人でも見たことある人が少ないこの稲霊の収穫を体験するアクティビティです。国菌である麹菌を日本人がどう活用しているのかなどの説明付きです。
Inadama is a black ball that grows on rice ears and is a natural koji mold. It is said that people in the past probably used this to make koji. This is an activity where you can experience Inadama harvest, which few Japanese people have ever seen. It comes with an explanation of how the Japanese use Aspergillus oryzae, the national fungus.
